On the October 29th of 2024, one delegation headed by Ms Sarinya Sanitwong Na Ayutthaya, Dean of the International Maritime Studies in Kasetsart University (KUIMS) visited College of Transport and Communications (CTC). They were warmly welcomed by the Dean, Sha Mei alongside other representatives from CTC.
As the Vice Dean of CTC, Prof. Weng Jinxian extended a warm welcome speech to the delegation and then gave a brief introduction of CTC to the delegates, including the development history of CTC, faculty staffs, research and international cooperation.
As the Dean of KUIMS, Ms Sarinya Sanitwong Na Ayutthaya expressed her sincere pleasure for the opportunity of visiting SMU CTC. The representatives of KUIMS introduced their history, organizational structure, undergraduate and graduate education, research and cooperation with Chinese universities. They expressed strong interests on the application of joint research projects, the exchange of faculty staff and students, cooperative research and conferences, etc.
